1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using AIQuickPrompt, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must not share your account or use another person's account without permission. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the service.

3. Acceptable use

You may use AIQuickPrompt only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Upload or store content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, or infringing.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or other users' accounts.
• Use the service to distribute malware, spam, or engage in phishing.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service infrastructure.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Pro plans are billed in advance. You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase if you have not materially used the Pro features.

Free accounts are limited to 30 prompts and 3 folders. When a Pro subscription ends or is cancelled, your account reverts to the free tier: only your 30 most recently created prompts remain visible in the app, and any additional prompts are hidden (but not deleted) until you renew your Pro subscription, at which point all of your prompts become visible again.

5. AI Optimise credits and models

AIQuickPrompt offers an "AI Optimise" feature that rewrites your prompts using third-party AI models. Usage is metered in credits:

• Free plan: a small daily allowance of fast-model runs that resets every 24 hours.
• Pro plan: a larger daily allowance of fast-model runs plus a monthly allowance of premium-model runs. Unused daily credits do not roll over; monthly premium credits reset with your billing cycle.
• Credit top-ups: optional one-off packs (starting at 5 EUR for 25 premium credits) that are added to your account and do not expire while your account remains active. Top-up credits are non-refundable once consumed and are not transferable between accounts.
• Bring your own key (BYO): if you connect your own OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google AI Studio API key, runs against those keys are billed to you directly by that provider and do not consume AIQuickPrompt credits. You are responsible for keeping your keys secure and for any charges incurred on them.

Model availability, per-run credit costs, and daily or monthly caps may change to keep the service sustainable. We will not retroactively remove top-up credits you have already purchased.

6. Backups, Google Drive, and sharing

You can export your vault as an Excel backup. Free accounts are limited to one backup per month; Pro accounts can run backups on demand or on a daily, weekly, or monthly schedule. If you connect Google Drive, backups can be uploaded to a folder in your Drive; you can disconnect Drive at any time from settings, which stops future uploads but does not delete files already saved to your Drive.

When you share a prompt, you choose whether the link is public or restricted to invited email addresses. Anyone with access to a public share link can view that prompt until you disable the share. You are responsible for the content you choose to share.

7. Biometric and prompt locks

Locks (including device biometric unlock via WebAuthn) are a convenience feature to keep individual prompts private on your device. They are not an encryption product and should not be relied on as the sole protection for highly sensitive information.

8. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the prompts and content you create. We retain ownership of the AIQuickPrompt software, brand, and designs. You grant us a limited licence to host and sync your content solely to operate the service.

9. Termination and account deletion

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the app settings, which removes your prompts, folders, shares, connected keys, and login history as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimer

AIQuickPrompt is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we do not warrant the accuracy or suitability of any AI-generated output. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AIQuickPrompt operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
