• Prompts and content: the text, titles, colours, folder assignments, and lock settings you save in your vault.
• Usage data: basic interaction metrics (e.g. logins, sync events) to keep the service running reliably.
• Payment data: handled by our payment processor. We do not store card numbers.

2. How we use your data

• To provide, maintain, and improve AIQuickPrompt.
• To sync your prompts across your devices.
• To send essential service emails (e.g. password resets, billing receipts).
• To detect abuse and protect the security of the platform.

3. Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data and prompts within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it longer.

4. Your rights
