Full screen and resizable sidebar

Edit prompts full screen and resize or collapse the left menu.

Press the full-screen button on a prompt to edit it full screen. Press Esc to exit.
Drag the edge of the left menu to resize it. Double-click the edge to reset.
Collapse the menu to icons only. Hover an icon to see its name.
